With over 40 years of experience in appliance repair, Dean is the heart of Lake Country Appliance Repair. As the owner and senior technician, he’s built the business on quality workmanship, honesty, and customer satisfaction. Dean’s decades of expertise ensure that every job is handled with precision and care, making him a trusted name in the community. When he’s not working, Dean enjoys riding his Harley and cheering on Wisconsin’s local sports teams. He’s also a proud grandpa of four, and family time is always a top priority.

Tom Korom

With an incredible 48 years of experience, Tom is the backbone of Lake Country Appliance Repair's service team. His vast knowledge and expertise make him the go-to for even the most challenging appliance repairs. Tom's dedication to his craft and unwavering commitment to quality service have earned him the trust of countless customers over the years. Outside of work, Tom is a proud grandpa of four. He enjoys watching the Brewers, Packers, and Badgers, and when he's not cheering for his favorite teams, you'll find him out fishing or hunting.

Noel Urbanowski

Office Manager

With 7 years of experience managing the operations at Lake Country Appliance Repair, Noel ensures everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. Her organizational expertise and commitment to customer service make her an invaluable part of the team. Noel is dedicated to creating a smooth and positive experience for both customers and technicians alike. Outside work, Noel is a busy mom to three kids and two furry German Shepherds. She enjoys spending time on the water, relaxing on the boat, and family trips to amusement parks.

Jeremy Urbanowski

With over 3 years of experience in appliance repair, Jeremy brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to every job. As a retired U.S. Navy Corpsman and combat veteran with five deployments, Jeremy’s commitment to service and problem-solving is second to none. Whether a routine repair or a complex installation, he takes pride in helping customers get their appliances back in top working order. When he’s not on the job, Jeremy enjoys spending quality time with his children and making the most of family moments.

Justin Kimble

Technician

With 3 years of appliance repair experience and a strong background in service, Justin is a valued member of the Lake Country Appliance Repair team. As a retired Marine Corps veteran who served for 17 years, including two combat tours in Iraq and one in Italy, Justin brings dedication, discipline, and attention to detail to every job. When he’s not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his two daughters, driving for Uber, and relaxing with a good steak while cheering on Wisconsin sports teams.

Jenny Birkel

With 20 years of experience, Jenny brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the Lake Country Appliance Repair team. As part of the office support staff, she helps ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Jenny’s strong background in event planning and customer service allows her to handle a wide range of tasks with efficiency and professionalism. In addition to her work, Jenny is a full-time event planner and proud mother of two grown daughters. She enjoys playing and watching a variety of sports, especially golf and bowling. When she’s not on the course or at the lanes, she’s cheering on the Packers.

Abi Birkel

Administrative Assistant

With 5 years of experience in the service industry, Abi plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly at Lake Country Appliance Repair. Her organizational skills and friendly approach ensure that customers and the team are always well-supported. Whether it’s scheduling appointments or answering customer inquiries, Abi is the go-to person for making sure everything stays on track. Outside of work, Abi enjoys bartending and spending time with her cat, Shrimp. Her positive energy and love for connecting with people shine through in everything she does.
